TOMAS, we are 2 weeks from the March contract in crude, and the OSX is seasonally very weak from Feb-April.

With the current lack of draws, OSX cannot hold 75 area!

I've often wondered how much of the weekly API and DOE inventory numbers are "background noise" When you have 500 million bbls in storage (or something like that), what difference is 2 -5 millions bbls?

I've stopped looking at the weekly numbers and have concentrated on trends. Are refinery runs dropping? Are inventories building? dropping?

Our current crude inventories are about normal for this time of year.

Anyone know when we start filling SPR again? Have we started?
