I agree with watching the trend, which at this time is leaning towards bearish. Weather has been a big negative so far this Winter.

If OPEC & NOPEC holds to 50% compliance with the 2 mbpd cut and the economy start recovering into normal weather patterns we could be in for some upside by Q4.
