I'm hoping we can get back to a break even for me then I'm considering pulling out and waiting a while or looking for another opportunity.

Ken,

If you're as pessimistic as you sound about QCOM, why wait for a break even? Why not get out now? I've made many mistakes, one of which was to wait until I was "even" on a stock, only to watch it go down further.

I think the mistake that we make when we want to
"get even" can be called "ego investing".

Though it hasn't gotten me in as much trouble as "id investing!":)

I'm in a lot lower. I was waiting to get even to $190's; still waiting. Nuveen manager was on NBR last night and said sell Qcom when he had been previously bullish. He's worried about telecom for awhile. On the other hand, if you're in at 52, that's gonna look pretty good in 3 years.

When are the January 05 leaps issued? March?
