If one assumes that the down from the ninth is a single impulse. It doesnt seem to satisfy the rule of alternation. If you look at it on a 60 min chart of NDX, both corrections have the same charater.

After such a run in so short a period of time, perhaps we need st capitulation to shake out the weak hands and give all those fund managers who keep saying they would love a nice dip to buy a chance. I don't think the recent drop is deep enough to do it. Maybe a move to 1850 would do it. Bounce tomorrow into softie and IBM, sell-off afterwards to 1850ish, then a nice run and THEN we tank!!!
