Oh, I don't know, that looks pretty convincing to me, could we see high $20 on QCOM? If the RS breaks the support, I'd bet on it.

Looks to me like now is the time to buy. All the bad news out. It appears that a floor is being set around 46. A run expected sometime before tax selloff in March/April? Seems to me that the stage is set for a small market rally on any good news about the economy, especially if the Demonrats in Congress are forced to look again at a stimulus package this month. I'm "betting" on an uptick to low 50s soon. This chart shows the history of the cycle and the upturn looks likely if one views only the chart. Who knows!

maybe options expiration will help to get a little bounce on which to short.
