Tommasso, we have yet to see the full extent of the damage that will be done as the bear progresses because the majority are still fully invested buy and hold for the long termers. The indices are misleading. I hear of tech laden portfolios down 60 -70% from the peak but they are holding tight. The bears also had to deal with a Fed chairman and treasury secretary who did everything in their power to perpetuate the bubble and ignored the lessons of history and sound economic principles. Moreover, the SEC ignored very aggressive and questionable accounting practices. mike
