Why not XOMA? Know you won't consider it but am just going on record. Phage companies agree, XOMA, holds 6 blocking patents. Just a matter of working out fair terms. The delay in filing a BLA, for Xanelim, was last years news. This years may well be problems with the BGEN filing for Amevive.

Stef, I like KOSP, a lot. On the other hand CBST just got crushed. I like this company. The drug works.
