You are probably right - BUT GE did have an analyst meeting yesterday to showcase Service Initiatives in its long-cycle industrial businesses. He may have been repeating what was said there.

I don't think it was orchestrated, but if it was indeed orchestrated, I guess they were expecting more.

If the government wanted a rally,why not just send in the PPT for a quick rise instead? It would produce reliable results, anyway. <g>
