California's Pers was also invested in Enron. I don't even think that makes them guilty of bad investing since the Andersen sign off used to mean rock solid. It's looking as though Kenneth Lay is a textbook sociopath who stopped at nothing to grow his company and folks like Bush were just dupes in his power play, sideliners, not participants.
