I've always believed that higher oil shocks causes stronger economies to weaken that in turn causes recessions in small and struggling economies --- causing a Global slowdown.

The Terrorists meanwhile time their activities to coincide or worsen the situation.

That's why in my recent Posts, I was happy to discuss alternative Power sources.

If you are strong financially then the downtimes are the time to upgrade plant and equipment. It is somewhat cheaper to do and it interferes less with your ongoing business.
