i totally agree with william. you are the clueless one. after all you don't have enough brains to figure out that an increase in ariba from one cent to four cents is 300%--not the 400% you claimed. you would think your businessman friend glenn could help you out with simple math, but alas, he must've missed the day percentages were taught in junior high as well.
