Hector said that SOI wasn't even being tested with actual logic. He didn't even expect to get revenues on SOI based products until the end of the year. I doubt it take up much of the fab, then.

You mean Q4 2002? That would be correct, but it doesn't say anything about Q4 fab space dedicated to this transition. AMD says they have *just* started production wafers. You don't *just* start with 50% of your fab capacity.

wbmw
