Wow, JM. I don't think I've ever seen you so forthright on your feelings about General Magic, and I believe I've read every post you've written on GMGC over the past 30 months or so. That's not a complaint, and I certainly can't disagree with you in any factual way. It's just that I was a bit surprised. Needless to say, since I'm long, I'd prefer that your prognosis were incorrect. Fred

John - Thanks. I am equally pessimistic on GMGC as to substance but trust a silly retail market interest in GMGC and smoke from the CFO to take me out once again at a profit. Sell on the news, stop loss every position. I think the revised NASDAQ rules that maintain the requirements but lengthen the grace periods (and give National Market sinners an automatic Small Cap purgatory)are now in effect; but I could not quickly find anything to confirm that.
