NO taxes eh? They were supposed to get another 300 plus million if Bush's incentive plan had passed. Looks like Andersen earned their weekly million pulling off that scam, From taxes, inflated energy prices or investment losses, I bet everyone here has supported Enron.

Geezus. Anybody else feel like the 'system' ...

... is fundamentally 'unbeatable?'

Yeah: we knew the 'deck was stacked against us' as traders even in the bubble.

But I, for one, had NO IDEA what was behind it all.

Most importantly, the links to the (sham) White House.

Bushes buy everything.

At the direct expense of the citizens of the WORLD.

Not only this corrupt nation.

The scandalous US Tax code and regulatory environment gave Enron cover to engage in their devious bookkeeping.

Q: "Why are your books so complicated?"

A: "They have to be to take advantage of the horrendously complicated tax code and to comply with layer after layer of conflicting regulation. It's a hard job but we're the best in the world a doing it."

Q: "Sounds great! Give me another 10,000 shares."
