I see that subpoena was filed on 10 January 2002. No justification for requesting personal or credit card information either. Nothing on the subpoena supports this latest fishing expedition by Richter.

You realize that you are looking at a subpoena for a fictional character ("Cousin Shorty") that has never had a membership on Silicon Investor? Cracks me up.
