Hey Paul. Wat up? Did you get to talk to Janet about NEC's $53M paid-up settlement for 2G? Cash payment or still a receivable? Couldn't get through in the amount of time available today. TIA.

BTW, hoped you picked up on the fact that IDCC's actual outstanding shares is 56M as of 11/2001, not the 53M that I used with my ballpark estimates.
