i am convinced a significant and large threat remains among us. No, Bush cut off funding to the Shriners in clown cars. (You are quite correct; it would take a dedicated effort of scouring passenger & visa lists over about four years - or at least the last 3- followed by hundreds of thousands of interviews, just to uncover most of the cell operatives. But those with proper cover stories and proper means of support would still escape detection. The best we can hope for is to limit future cells via better backgrounding of immigrants... an enormous task as well. But I'd guess most who are currently here will lose their usefulness after about two years, especially if more of the brains are captured posthaste.)
