But J.C.'s response was also excellent -- the rush toward revisionist history. It's all around us. Such as blaming white people entirely for slavery when most of the slavery in Africa was initiated and carried out by blacks and Arabs, who caputured and sold enemies and transported them to the coast -- they were already enslaved when the white slavers picked them up. Not that whites are innocent, of course, but slavery is a multi-racial phenomenon, and making it purely racial is revisionist. As just one example of many.
