Well, this am, DELL IS UP. Let's face it, Niles has done this to DELL for a long time. Let's face it, they didn't pick up DELL when it was DOWN, so they make their comments to force it down so they can buy "EL CHEAPO"

Niles had his chance to upgrade Dell this morning under $28 but what did he do??
He upgrades IBM. <g>

However, I can understand his bullishness on CPQ; company trying to mould itself after IBM. Low Price/Sales is key for my reason to be bullish on CPQ. IBM not selling PCs well but others doing well.

Of course, I like Dell just as much or even a bit more.
