Hi Scott,
my advise to you: easy on RBAK. Their products are not great. They are good, but not great. Furthermore, telcos and telecoms want complete solutions, and RBAK is very limited in what it does. Companies can perfectly survive without RBAK's products, or get cheaper or even free equivalents from Cisco or Lucent or Nortel as part of the whole package...

Of course you can wait a year or two or till they are acquired...
