HE NEEDS TO PAY BACK ALL THE ILLEGAL GAINS FROM STOCK SALES -- this is more than $100 Million.

HE NEEDS TO PAY BIG FINES ON TOP OF THIS.

HE NEEDS TO SERVE TIME IN A HIGH SECURITY PRISON (he's a hazard and risk to employees and to our economy).

HE NEEDS TO DO SOME SERIOUS COMMUNITY SERVICE out in the trenches.
