is the u.s. willing to kill all of the afghanis? that's the only way to completely what will otherwise be an ongoing lic (low intensity conflict). the u.s. didn't kill everyone in vietnam so they 'lost.' despite winning virtually every firefight - including the battle of tet which was actually a military disaster for the communists - the u.s. 'lost' in vietnam. in afghanistan the minefields everywhere complicate the problem - or so i would think. we should send them mini-burkas with cuban-heeled stockings and spiked heeled 'mules.' if the women have a lot of sex with the men, the men will be more docile. the really hard-core soldiers have less sex than the less effective ones. keep the men in sex and they will be more 'mellow.' here's an idea; turn those extra 200 million chinese men into shemales as part of operation frankenfurter. many of them already have delicate features and would make excellent shemales or transexuals. then send them all over the world and have them 'mellow everyone out' in their sheer outerwear and satin underwear... this afghan thing could be serious. if you're right and the fighting in afghanistan actually stops then i'll have to hand it to you in your percipacity. you are aware though that the northern alliance are no choirboys? if you're not going to kill them all, you shouldn't pick a fight with moslems. they don't care. they will fight like madman in a real war. have you heard that in your original homeland's own 'great patriotic war' that many of the moslems in the south turned and fought for hitler? didn't the chechnyans in particular suffer grievously for that after the red army re-occupied the caucasus? during the patriotic war, was there an ongoing guerilla war as well in places like grozny? the germans never got that far did they? only to a train station at the north end of the caspain sea.... and that with just a few armored cars and halftracks right?... did the germans take batumi on the coast of the black sea? didn't they take a large refinery town but the russians had destroyed all of the tanks and other equipment? man that t-34 was a great tank! gotta hand it to you guys. my favorite, the su-152 ('zverdoy') was a thing of beauty in armored warfare... deadly against german 'cats' (tigers and panthers) at close range... 152mm gun... wow! your biggest leadership tragedy was stalin winning out over tukachevsky... if patton had gotten his way and the west had fought the red army, that would have been a real brawl!! andy
