Bruno, I was afraid you were going to say that! "Digitized compressed voice is 5 to 10 kbps..." I think killer applications are lacking for the handset market, unless you include MP3. Map storage for GPS applications may be another potential application for big city dwellers. On a 1" x 1" square, monochrome screen it is hard to imaging viewing much content. Even for most PDA's the thought of opening a Word or Excel document is a pipe dream. Without a reasonably sized screen (with color) I think it is hard to imagine that there will be a rush to buy SD cards for cellular phone applications. Aus
