You may be right, I really don't know. I don't think he is lying, though, I think he inferred that he was included in the condemnation, at least. When everyone is pretty riled up, that would be understandable. Looking at the argument (with Secular Bull and Carolyn, among others) that you jumped into, he had been insulted enough to be ready to blow a fuse, even if most of it had been done by others, and you just got in the way. I'm sorry, I think that ought to be taken into account. Things can get brutal around here. He is not blameless, but sometimes he shows a capacity to be reasonable that I would prefer to encourage.......

jla, I think you are right. Andersen is toast. Not only are they vulnerable to lawsuits from ENE shareholders or mutual funds, but from the banks that loaned money to ENE, any other creditors, but also companies that contracted with ENE(one of whom has already filed suit). It wouldn't even surprise me if ENE competitors filed suits against Andersen.
