Chris, the quick version:

Dobry is a former SI member who was involved in AZNT, a crooked penny stock that is currently being prosecuted by the SEC. Dobry insists that people who opposed his viewpoint on that thread must be members of organized crime, and that stocks like AZNT are "controlled" by people on that subpoena list — people who are also part of a worldwide money laundering cartel. He includes Marchese on that list of organized crime figures and money launderers. So, Marchese sued him. SI (the company itself) is also part of the mafia money laundering scheme.

Now, aside from that boring stuff, the whole story is quite a bit more interesting...

'I left a message saying that if I didn't get my certs right away I would file with SEC. We'll see ... ' - #reply-2344745

'... two sentence summary of who he is ...' ... note the 'stock' in question, lol .. more on aznt and various others ... an object of widespread ridicule with i personally became bored at least three years ago, but it is oddly flattering that so much later he would want to threaten my family in this way
