i say take arthur anderson down too along with enron. aa is full of clueless 3.50+ gpa monkeys who don't have a clue. most of these monkey's have no ethics and when they sniff bad weed, they are more than apt to sweep it under the carpet, or in other words shred it..and hope it goes away...

I know it is a time honored tradition to make a statement "The telling story is that Ken Lay unloaded millions of shares while he told the employees that " Things have never looked better for Enron." That is fact and cannot be disputed. " without checking facts but actually Ken Lay sold his shares prior to making that statement.

Check Yahoo and you'll see he did not sell after July and his statement to employees was in August right after Skilling resigned.

From memory Shilling left on August 13 or 14 (the day prior to their 2nd qtr sec filing).
