so what? it went to $183 didn't it? since you're not so good with numbers i'll do the math for you. ariba climbed another 55%. now if you want to clarify that he told you arba was a good buy at 118 on the way down, as opposed to on the way up, that is a different story.

but then of course you can't see me so just go on with your endless posts about customer feedback on ebay. i don't believe we've experienced that treat today.

>>I am just clearing up the fact you strongly believed Ariba was a terrific buy between $113 and $120 per share.

Now you're pulling out IM's? Get lost.

Terrific buy screaming buy...nonsense.

You guys will notice (if your egos get out of the way) that I rarely if ever talk like that. "Terrific company", sure, but rarely if ever (aside from my post about Yahoo in the 20's) say I think a company's stock is "a screaming buy" or some other version of that.

I'm not sore about it, but I think GST must learn that misquoting someone then rationalizing it is bull. Why would anyone want to interact with someone like that?

If I posted GST that he said Digital Island was a "screaming buy" at whatever price he paid for it, how would he react?

If I posted (in an accuasative context) that you said Broadcom was "screaming buy" at 80, how would you react?
