he is a 10% beneficial owner. He sold a lot of stuff real cheap, so I don't think he is a prominent person in the scandal. The people to look at with the ugly eye are the ones that sold in size when it was in the 40s.

If you look at their individual lists for each of their selling, it is obvious that the are rats jumping from a sinking ship.
