AN increase in tax free foreign tax shelters would definitely not stimulate the US job market.I am against that part of Bush's tax plan.

The Alt M tax rebate back to 1986 would be fine if we were having a huge surplus and had paid off most of our debt..............but that isn't the case. I would only support Bush's plan if the foreign tax shelters were discarded and the rest of the cut was targeted toward job creation or increased employee training and education.
