I would like to see a scenario where all the management types that cashed in their stock and took millions out of the company were made to give that money back. How can this not be insider trading?

Any bets on whether certain Andersen partners are working on some creative estate planning and asset protection strategies?
If they use the same sort of creativity they used with Enron, they'll all end up bankrupt- -and in the Big House.
