I would like to thank God and give a praise report...Three elders in our church and the pastor negeotiated with our banker today about the terms of our loan and saved our church 26 thousand dollars a year for the next three years for a total savings of 78 thousand dollars. PS did you know that if you pay your payment a month in advance every time for the life of a 30 year loan you will end up paying off the loan like 4 years earlier. Sam; lets say you have a 600 dollar mortgage payment..500 is interest and 100 goes on the principle...if you pay a hundred extra on the loan every month for a year you shorten the term of the loan one year, so by paying 100 X 12 or 1200 extra this year on the front end of the loan you save 600 X 12 or 7200 on the back end of the loan a 600% return.....In Christ ...gregor
