Yes, and I would suggest "has done", "does", and "continues to do" instead of "Dobry did", in conjunction with this off-the-hook subpoena of 41 fairly familiar names that are pretty much not having anything to with the specific libel case of Marchese vs. Dobry.

"Obtaining it for other uses, such as to harass people like Dobry did, was always illegal. "

And they (Dobry/Richter) are requesting some draconian stuff like credit card info and even telephone communications! Given the wealth of people from varying walks of life here, perhaps a barter system might help some folks, sharing various talents amongst each other. Perhaps an exchange of legal expertise for things those experts need from people of other fields, which the rest of the community here can offer. Sorta like the old hunter & collectors thing. And all of us helping the community-at-large, which is fairly much the kind of sharing that this thread has done in the past. BTW, hats off to your for starting it, and let's see where it goes.

Well, unless that's too Maoist like we should inter-marry and start a commune. That's a bit much. Just tossing an idea around the community volleyball net. Freely given, freely tossed away or passed back.
