I'm seriously thinking about not filing a motion to quash. Then if SI releases my credit card information (and other information, for that matter) without any basis to do so, I will sue them. After all, they have a lot more money than Dobry has.

Nothing more than harrassment. And it certainly appears to me that Dobry is controlling his lawyer. A scarey thought, in and of itself.

Consider ourselves lucky that Dobry has hooked up with an attorney who apparently has no control over him. Pugs is making one mistake after another. And I use "mistakes" to be kind. Some might use the words "perjury" and "destruction of evidence".
