Much of the commentary goes to the ability of government to educate and regulate. Meanwhile there are many who, for what ever reason are so far behind the curve I fret over their fate. They are the ones who ought to recieve assistance.
Unfortuantely, this assistance is politicized and rich are pitted against poor. Then assistance is transformed into reliance. Deepening the cycle.
