I am honored to be banned from that board before I even tried to post there. But if I COULD post there, here's what I'd say with respect to wollie's follies... dachief touted the following stocks in Feb 2000 in this interview... stockhouse.com GNLB finance.yahoo.com WAVC finance.yahoo.com VMII finance.yahoo.com. MVIS finance.yahoo.com MPVIF (defunct) VLNC (next $100 stock since 1997) finance.yahoo.com ANTS (next $1,000 stock) finance.yahoo.com. A short and hold strategy on a basket of Wolanchuk's touts would have made one a fortune.

I just saw your post to Bill and essentially at the same time I came across the following bit of news on VVUS. ??09:16 ET Vivus (VVUS) 7.00: CE Unterberg Towbin is raising its 12-month price target to $14 from $7. Says with FDA approval yesterday of the IND for TA-1790, co now can begin clinical studies of the orally administered treatment for erectile dysfunction. As a result, co is on track to have two of its lead compounds in pivotal studies by yr-end. Firm believes that advances in development of the compounds should substantially increase the prospective value of its portfolio to possible marketing partners, and that co's current mkt-cap pales in comparison to potential value of its portfolio. >> I thought they had died some time ago as I stopped following them long ago after I made my $ by shorting.
