Sam, after seeing Kathrin's numbers, the numbers on my simple chart do not seem so far out of line any more - even though lithography is missing because it's not N.A.-based.

The peak on the chart is just below 18% and Kathrin shows 15.8% for the peak year of 2000. So, the chart may be useful for the trend. The average of my numbers since Jan '95 is 11.08%

Since Mr. Osha didn't provide a source for his numbers, I have no idea what he's talking about. So I can't comment on his graph. His numbers seem pretty far out of line relative to what I know about the industry.
