It's not strange at all considering INTC won't even tell the world how many CPU's it sold and some type of break down.
AMD provides far more data than INTC does.

Listen Milo, PLEASE FORGIVE ME FOR RUDENESS. If you want to discuss calmly and rationally, using available data, and whatever professional background you have, issues that pertain to the Intel/AMD world, fine. I believe that I have already established that I have experience with General Industry, Semiconductor Manufacturing Process Issues. You can choose to believe that..... Or not. Makes no difference to me.

However, if you wish to pull that, complaining about anything and everything that is intel crap, that you've been displaying lately on the intel thread, then you can FORGET about any further contact from me. UNDERSTAND?

I left this thread because I got fed up with the crap being dumped on me. I'm willing to give it another try. SO FAR.... Most people have been civil, so PLEASE do me a favor, and take your constant intel complaints to somebody else who's interested, because I'm not.

Thanks,
Semi

Milo, <AMD provides far more data than INTC does.>

The amount of data AMD provides is inversely proportional to their profits (or directly proportional to their losses).

Milo: "AMD provides far more data than INTC does." Not so!
Among other things Intel breaks down the profit and losses on its segments. AMD does not. Although AMDroids squawk about Intel segment losses it would certainly be very informative for an AMD investor to know how much loss AMD incurs in its Flash division. AMD investors are fixated on market share only and seem not to care about whether their company is making a profit.
