No, I don't believe AMD gave an Athlon(XP)/Duron breakdown. Anyway, some Durons come from Dresden (Morgans) and some came from Fab 25. And Fab 25 made some Athlons also, probably mostly 1.2 GHz and lower.

There is no mention of the breakdown, but you might be able to guestimate it given this line.
