Lol ... yes, it's not by who you're screwed that counts, it's by whom ... you make an excellent point on this lawyer - #reply-16928254 ... aren't they supposed to screen out stuff that's obviously ridiculous? ... not smart to irritate a judge who has a job to do and a backlog of cases on which to do it ... perhaps this Richter didn't know Pugs' act at the time of drafting this subpoena, but does now ... he will soon in any case Yes, SI should come down hard on this lawyer for 'malicious frivolity' or however it would be worded in the jurisdiction ... it's just good business for them, to avoid the very bad business move of betraying the trust of their community ... and, should they make an example of this, it would serve pour encourager les autres How many people are going to post on your site if you point out their house to some demented goon with a baseball bat ... btw, i hear tonight that 'dobry' means 'good' in czech, haven't googled up a czech dictionary to confirm, really spent too much time on this twit already .... good to see all you guys again though ... cheers
