Wayne Angell is naive to criminal enterprise
he has always struck me as a kind academic gnome
so he has never seen a company set out to destroy itself and its employees
has he ever seen a criminal enterprise?
has he ever seen one born?
or fall apart?

if subjected to enough light of day and scrutiny, it falls apart
and takes down everyone inside, running it, working for it, invested in it

how naive
Enron was not created to defraud
it eventually was run by criminals who took advantage of absurdly loose SEC requirements, biased and collusive auditing practices, and liberal offshore banking laws

they didnt set out to financially kill investors and employees
eventually, they set out to profit criminally
and its demise got out of control

I believe 100's of companies are involved with shady SEC reporting, collusive auditing, and secretive offshore banking
I believe many bigname companies are involved with devious, unscrupulous, if not illegal accounting
what scares me is the commonly promoted idea that Enron was the great exception

I think Cisco is frequently stepping on the illegal side of the fine line of the law
and so are too many others to mention

wake up to the real world of crime, Wayne
what a goody 2shoes douchebag
