Anderson seems to have both good guys, bad guys
but that misses the point
they knew something was rotten
they confronted Enron

THEY DID NOT INFORM THE PUBLIC
THAT IS THEIR FIDUCIARY WATCHDOG DUTY
PUBLIC COMPANIES ARE AUDITED, REPORT TO SEC
ANDERSON NEITHER BLEW THE WHISTLE TO SEC NOR THE PUBLIC

the entire essence of auditing public companies is to provide the public with eyes & ears, and to speak to the public
Anderson saw and heard, and said nothing publically
they protected their $1M per day income

conclusion to me is criminal collusion and conspiracy
failure to respond to fiduciary responsibility
