I wonder if SI would be pleased to know that the Gary Dobry thread and this one are #2 and #3 respectively on the Hot Subjects list. Here's hoping SI does the right thing by its seething members and refuses to consider the Dobry subpoena as anything short of harassment and thus refuses to honor it. The sooner the better guys.
