I have been trying to download a dialpad (for internet calling) and every time it downloads it gets stuck and freezes the screen. I also noticed an error message that might be causing it - "An ActiveX Control on this page is not safe. Your current security settings prohibit running unsafe controls on this page. As a result this page many not display as intended."

Question: Is it ok to enable the "initalize and script Active X controls not marked safe" in the security settings?
Why does my computer have it marked "disable"?
Thanks.
