I think this Congressional investigation into the IMCL debacle will actually be good in the long run for the sector. It will both convince companies to come clean about their problems with the FDA and shed some light on the FDA so we'll be able to tell if they played straight with the company or not. Of course in the short run it's creating "buying opportunities" all over the sector. <g> Peter P.S. I think my previous advice to steer clear of IMCL until we hear about the results of the forthcoming FDA meeting is still sound. At some point I'd obviously be tempted though - low 20's maybe.
