I believe Judge Lambert finally pried it out of them, fined Magaziner, and scolded Hillary. I think the degree of "sunshine" let in, along with the circumstances, are a matter of legitimate debate. Publicity can sometimes have a chilling affect on frank discussion, for example. However, when people who profess to support these laws flout them at their convenience, and then try to cover it up, it is especially distasteful.
