The evidence was in the February layoffs if one attended some of the "wakes" for employees that were moving on. The common thread for service personel who were let go was that they were slow ( spent enough time on the phone to actually fix the problem) and paid more than average (experienced). I can't say it dawned on me at the time, but the conversations were pregnant with meaning in hindsight. It was all in the beans.

Thank you for the confirmation...I didn't want to speculate on what I felt may have led to the numerous complaints on this thread...But, I had an idea that when you change and overhaul, transition is never a great thing...I will always respect your knowledge and opinion...Let's hope that those responsible at DELL are taking steps to eradicate future problems of this nature...
