NO ONE LISTENING TO THE BOYS AH? <GGG>

Jews like Israel Shahak – Noam Chomsky, Richard Falk and many others -- are labeled self-hating because they are not afraid to criticize the behavior of the State of Israel and its mainly Jewish inhabitants. Falk, a professor at Princeton and a member of the national advisory committee of the Middle East Policy Council, is actually getting death threats -- and not from antisemites -- for having narrated a BBC documentary on the 1982 massacres of Palestinians in Lebanon's Sabra and Shatila refugee camps, which Ariel Sharon facilitated. Chomsky has often emphasized U.S. responsibility for Israeli outrages: "We give them money and say, do what you like -- and we know what they like."

The leader of the most important U.S. ally in the region, Crown Prince Abdullah of Saudi Arabia, has reportedly refused two recent invitations to visit the White House. According to a Zogby International poll conducted in June, this move has made him the most popular leader in the Middle East.

Any sort of closure does not represent our policy. We have no wish to put pressure on the Palestinian population for any reason.3 On the contrary, all my policies are intended to benefit economically not only the Palestinians in the territories but the Arab citizens of Israel. I am a firm believer in this. The closure, in my view, could be justified only by the collapse in security of the Israelis, which in turn was caused by the fact that the issue of security was not dealt with properly by the Palestinian Authority and also, perhaps, by us. If the security threat will cease I see no reason for continuing a closure. We don’t believe in closure as a way of life.

Thomas, it should be pretty obvious for any unbiased observer that Israel has no choice but to conduct a very large and decisive operation...soon..very soon..

PS There were some Americans that were against operation in Afganistan, so what?

How can you or anyone support people like the arab/palestinian who teach young children to hate, who teach
young children to kill, who teach young children how glorious it is to die for your elders stupid cause.
I have proven to you that the arabs that you call palestinian have no more right to the state of Israel than I do...... How many of the kids throwing stones at Israel soldiers even know why they do what they do...they only do what they have been taught to do from birth and that is to hate Jews...You are as sick as them for supporting this kind of crap....These young people could have had a thriving and strong country now if it were not for the stupid hatred of their elders. What have they got to look forward to...Nothing, they may as well blow themselves up.

What a shame.

Israeli leadership fears a peaceful, secular Palestinian leadership . . .

Then it would make sense for compassionate anti-Zionists like yourself to publicly urge Palestinians to renounce violence and terrorism and perhaps even . . . criticize them for not doing so.
