I think the ARMS is less useful because so many more of the NYSE-listed issues are simple interest-rate derivative products, therefore the A/D numbers gets skewed, therefore the ARMS is invalid.

Read Sun Tzu's post regaurding arms. Until it stops climbing, and confirms with a lower high it's not a buy signal IMO. I studied and posted on it quite a bit after dick Arms call. Check my prior posts.
