Re <<any insights on CYMI.....>> Cymi and NMTC are probably the best two pure play on the 0.13 transition. Regardless of who makes the steppers, they use Cymer's lasers as the power source. Pretty much a monopoly with healthy margins. The ArF lasers (0.13 etch light source) sell for nearly $1 million. Huge barriers to entry and no one is really close to them. They should make $3 to $4 on the next cycle (2003). I think you can buy CYMI and the rest of the sector cheaper over the next 6 months. I'll be watching. Mani
