Read-Rite is rising 5 cents, or 15.6 percent, to 37 cents, on heavy volume of 4.7 million shares. The Fremont, Calif., disk drive firm received a $30 million term loan from Tennenbaum Capital Partners LLC. In return, Tennenbaum received warrant to purchase roughly 24 million of the company's common shares. $10.2 million worth of the facility is being drawn immediately.
